Pre sales service:

After the production of the product is completed, the buyer can go to the factory for acceptance. After the product leaves the factory, our company provides technical consulting services. If necessary, we can send personnel to train the personnel of the user unit to ensure that they understand the characteristics of the product. During the product manufacturing period, we always maintain contact and communication with users, and we strictly follow the requirements in the contract.
After-sale service:

After receiving the service information required by the user, promptly respond and handle the problem. If a reasonable, effective, and feasible solution is not used to remedy the defect within the time specified in the contract (usually 48 hours) and a complete response is made, the user can take the necessary remedial measures according to the actual situation, but the risk and cost are borne by us.
The company implements the "Three Guarantees" service for its products.
