Overview
Electric vehicle charging stations are indispensable energy service infrastructure for electric vehicles after large-scale industrialization. In order to meet the national demand for the development of new energy electric vehicles and accelerate the construction of new energy electric vehicle infrastructure, our company has rapidly developed a series of electric vehicle charging station supporting products. The electric vehicle charging station system consists of three parts: electric vehicle charging station system software, AC charging system, and DC charging system. Among them, the DC charging system consists of three core components: a charger, a charger monitoring device, and a DC charging station, as well as several AC charging stations. The electric vehicle charging station system mainly realizes functions such as background monitoring, high-voltage DC charging, AC charging, charging monitoring, electricity metering, security monitoring, battery maintenance monitoring, data exchange and forwarding. The on-site design adopts distributed design, which is safe, reliable, convenient, and easy to maintain.
This AC charging station is designed in accordance with the relevant requirements of Q/GDW485-2010 "Technical Conditions for AC Charging Stations of Electric Vehicles" and NB/T33001-2010 "Technical Conditions for Off board Conductive Charging Stations of Electric Vehicles", and with reference to some functions of "Typical Design of Electric Vehicle Charging Facilities". This product fully meets the construction requirements of State Grid Corporation of China for electric vehicle charging stations.
Applicable scope
This AC charging station provides an AC 50Hz, rated voltage 220V AC power supply for charging electric vehicles with on-board chargers, mainly suitable for the following places:
1.Large, medium, and small electric vehicle charging stations;
2.Various public places with electric vehicle parking spaces, such as urban residential areas, shopping squares, and power business venues;
3.Transportation hub areas such as high-speed service areas, stations and docks.
Work environment
During operation, the ambient air temperature is -25 ℃ ~50 ℃ , with a daily average temperature of ≤ 35 ℃ for 24 hours;
Monthly average relative humidity ≤ 90%, with no condensation on the surface;
Atmospheric pressure of 80kPa~110kPa;
The severity level of vibration and impact in the workplace is ≤ Level I, and the induction intensity of external magnetic fields in any direction is ≤ 1.5mT;
There should be no explosive media in the use area, and the surrounding media should not contain corrosive metals, harmful gases that damage insulation, or conductive media. It is not allowed to be filled with water vapor or the presence of severe mold;
The place of use should avoid direct sunlight. When installing outdoors, it is recommended to install shading facilities for the charging station;
