When checking the sealing, pay attention to whether there is no air gap and whether the shrinkage is uniform. The insulation sleeve of the busbar has no air gap and uniform shrinkage, which can greatly improve the operational stability of the busbar, and also effectively improve the insulation performance and corrosion resistance of the switchgear.
3. Optimize operating conditions. In order to prevent the operation failure of high-voltage switchgear caused by the environment, the power unit must improve the operating environment of the high-voltage switchgear. When the temperature is high, in order to timely dissipate the heat from closing the cabinet, fans should be installed in the front and back of the handcart cabinet or heat absorption should be installed in the cabinet after the cabinet is installed. Heaters, cable rooms, and heating dehumidifiers should be installed in the switch room and behind the switch room, To ensure that the humidity and temperature around the high-voltage switchgear are maintained within the standard requirements, heaters should be installed in the busbar room, and heating dehumidifiers should be installed in the cable room and switchgear room to effectively regulate temperature and humidity, ensuring that the humidity and temperature around the high-voltage switchgear are maintained within the standard requirements, and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the high-voltage switchgear.
4. Strengthen condition based maintenance. Meanwhile, planned maintenance operations can only be carried out during power outages.
